“you will become song” is a work that deals with longing, being-in-love and heartbreak and its presentation in cinema, literature, poetry et cetera. My knowledge on falling-in-love is however one of theory, not of practice. This is not made to express my feelings,, it’s rather my interest for the aesthetics, on the presentation of longing. It’s not about how it feels, it’s about how it seems (to me). “you will become a song” consists of fabricated memories and fragments, as I try to put them together to shape a new narrative of longing and aching.
